Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project/Program/Performance Manager to lead business planning, risk management and program governance in a fast-paced Philippines-based environment.

You will analyze voice of the customer and operational metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure milestones align with strategic objectives. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience are required; PMP/ Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program/Performance Management.
• Background in BPO / Telco / Tech / Finance.
• PMP/ Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Governs key projects, ensuring milestones are met and aligned with business objectives.
• Leads business planning and performance reviews across divisions.
• Analyzes qualitative (voice of the customer) and quantitative data to inform decisions and program charters.
