Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a seasoned Regional Finance Compliance Lead for the Philippines to oversee regulatory compliance, tax provisions, and policy alignment across the country. You will partner with legal, treasury, and external advisors, ensuring timely statutory reporting and robust risk controls.

With 15+ years in finance and strong tax/compliance background, you will lead stakeholder engagements, drive process improvements, and maintain up-to-date transfer pricing and intercompany agreements,

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience (15 years or more) in finance and preferably with strong tax/compliance background.
• Excellent leadership and management skills to work with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates company policies and procedures to identify risks and non-compliance; recommends changes.
• Liaises with legal counsel to ensure statutory reporting obligations are met.
• Co-ordinates with government agencies for statutory reporting documents.
• Reviews tax calculations, provisions, reconciliations, and bank-related tax reports; supports regional tax team.
• Monitors tax returns and compliance reporting for timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensures adequate insurance coverage and updates on tax regulations to avoid penalties.
• Drives process improvements; understands business processes to influence tax and risk decisions.
• Manages tax/financial audits and intercompany agreements with regional teams.
