Job summary

Arcadis in Makati, Philippines invites applications for a Hybrid Tax & Compliance Manager role to oversee regulatory compliance across country operations. You will coordinate tax, corporate, bank, and insurance requirements, guiding policy adherence and risk mitigation.

You will work with the Regional Finance Team, liaise with legal counsel and government agencies, and lead audits, transfer pricing, and reporting, ensuring timely submissions and robust controls while fostering strong stakeholder

Qualifications

Significant professional experience (15+ years) in finance with strong tax/compliance background.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication, verbal and written.
Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to plan, organize and manage projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate company policies to identify risks and drive improvements.
Liaise with legal counsel to ensure statutory reporting obligations are met.
Liaise with government agencies for statutory reporting and filings.
Review tax calculations, provisions, and maintain tax balances in books.
Monitor tax returns and compliance reports for timely submission and issue escalation.
Maintain insurance coverage and update tax law changes to ensure compliance.
Project-manage tax and financial audits; support schedules for audits.
Maintain Transfer Pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
