Job summary

The Corporate Institute in the Philippines seeks an experienced Tax Director to lead the tax department, overseeing compliance, planning, and strategy. You will advise on complex tax matters, develop strategies to minimize liabilities, manage client relationships, and mentor a team of tax professionals.

You will represent clients with tax authorities on disputes, review submissions, and drive accurate, timely tax deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance for clients.
• Advise clients on corporate tax issues, DTAA implications, digital tax, cross-border transactions and other tax advisories.
• Analyze transactions end-to-end from an Income-tax and FEMA perspective, handling tax controversy and litigation matters for clientele.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client services.
