Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Sourcing Manager in the Philippines to lead the sourcing and recruitment marketing team, designing proactive strategies and pipelines to attract top talent for the organization.

You will drive metrics and insights, partner with hiring teams, and ensure best practices in candidate outreach and market intelligence across our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Leadership role with 3–5 years as Recruitment Marketing/Talent Acquisition Lead.
• BPO experience preferred with 2+ years managing 5+ people.
• Technical acumen with e-commerce tools, G-Suite, Google Apps, Microsoft; ability to generate ATS reports.
• Ability to create weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment metrics and tell the data story.

What does a Sourcing Manager really do? Think of yourself as the one who will own daily leadership of the sourcing/recruitment marketing team to meet established goals and metrics for your site. You will be expected to drive effective and efficient results to attract a diverse workforce to the company, and design and implement proactive recruitment strategies that will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you will drive your team to develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies and build new candidate pipelines using creative recruiting ideas. As you tackle your tasks for the day, you know that it will come down to one thing: you will ensure a specialized candidate marketing approach that attracts the best talent to TaskUs.

As a Sourcing Manager, you should be knowledgeable about traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques; be able to share best practices, industry and market intelligence data to Recruiters and hiring teams; provide talent & market trends, threats and opportunities - to be used for strategic business planning; and be capable of networking and managing recruitment vendors. To sum it up, you must be capable of delivering a comprehensive support and consultation approach to a variety of business leaders and hiring groups - in driving an effective sourcing strategy.

As a Manager, you will lead a team of sourcing specialists who will take ownership of managing their results in effectively and efficiently utilizing sourcing channels. You will attend calibrations sessions with key stakeholders to address continuous pooling for critical hiring needs. You will expertly analyze and present recruitment data to stakeholders and to management.

What is it we’re looking for? Since this is a Leadership role, we need someone who has at least 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a Recruitment Marketing/Talent Acquisition Lead. What else? Experience in a BPO is preferred, with at least 2 years as a people manager for teams of 5 or more. Technical knowledge is a must. You’ll have a definite advantage if you are familiar with e-commerce tools, G-Suite, Google Apps, Microsoft, and generating reports from Applicant Tracking Systems. Problem-solving and providing best practices for process improvements would be a big advantage. And the biggest plus is leveraging on your analytical skills - to audit processes, assess trends, create reports and tell the story with data. You must be able to create weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics on quality and productivity; and develop solid relationships across the organizations’ different teams - in order to understand their business and recruitment needs.
