Job summary

Vivant Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Specialist to design organizational structures and align headcount budgets. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, drive employer branding, and optimize talent pipelines for sustainable growth.

The role also involves partnering on campus outreach, vendor management, and workforce analytics to ensure future-ready talent supply across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, specializing in end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, or organizational development.
• Prior experience in employer branding, campus outreach, headcount tracking, or managing vendor relationships is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition and Pipeline Management for multiple units.
• Organizational design, chart maintenance, and headcount budget alignment.
• Employer branding, social media campaigns, and EVP promotion across platforms.
• External recruitment vendor management, vendor performance evaluation, SLAs, and analytics reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
