Job summary

Maersk Global Services Center in Manila is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead regional recruiting efforts and partner with stakeholders to fill critical roles.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while delivering data-driven insights using MS Excel to inform hiring decisions and candidate experience. Reporting to the TAA Manager, this role sits within a large global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in candidate engagement initiatives and digital campaigns.
• Strong thought partnership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to report and analyze data with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Advise and execute regional sourcing strategies to bring in the right talent.
• Own end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet hiring goals.
• Deliver data-driven reports and insights to drive decisions.
