SuperStaff is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to own full-cycle recruitment across our Asia-Pacific operations. You will act as a talent advisor and brand ambassador, attracting top candidates and aligning hires with business goals.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, screen for technical and cultural fit, partner with hiring managers, and use Greenhouse to track metrics and improve time-to-fill. Onsite Philippines-based role with day shift.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and social channels.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with ATS and HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions.
• Build & maintain a strong candidate pipeline; manage stakeholders.
• Utilize ATS metrics to improve time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
