Job summary

Cyzerg in the Philippines is seeking a well-organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to organize HR duties, office procedures, and oversee full cycle recruiting. You will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with a client to deliver recruitment tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in recruitment, 1 year HR/admin, and a degree in HR/psych/BA. Excellent English, strong communication, and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven experience in human resources and administration.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, business administration, management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source talented candidates on niche platforms.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Perform pre-screening calls & interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
• Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process.
• Serve as a point person for all employee questions, concerns, and needs.
• Complete Joining, Orientation, and Exit formalities.
• Guarantee compliance with governmental relations & labor laws.
• Participate in planning and execution of employee engagements.
• Update and maintain employee benefits and records.
• Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with management to forecast goals and hiring needs.
• Prioritize multiple demanding tasks and work independently.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
