IBM is seeking a Recruitment Professional to manage inbound and active candidate processing, screen applicants, and present qualified talent to clients. You will partner with Hiring Managers from discovery to offer negotiation and act as a brand ambassador to retain candidate interest.

The role involves coordinating with TABPs, maintaining ATS/CRM data, and contributing to high client satisfaction through effective delivery. Based in Quezon City, with eligibility for US night shift schedules.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• 6 months experience with a web-based applicant tracking system.
• 6 months knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
• Willing to work in UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City.
• Willing to work in US night shift.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and active candidate processing and screening.
• Present the most qualified candidates for interview.
• Coordinate with Hiring Manager from discovery to offer negotiation.
• Act as a brand ambassador to engage candidates and maintain interest.
• Submit candidate short-lists to Hiring Manager or TABPs and provide status updates.
• Assess candidate pools and adjust sourcing activity as needed.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems.
