Job summary

Compass Experience Labs in Manila is seeking a Recruiter to act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned business accounts. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, while advising stakeholders on hiring strategy and market insights.

The role emphasizes strong account management, sourcing strategy development, and delivering high-quality talent solutions in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably with experience managing high-volume or complex hiring.
• Previous experience in a Recruitment Lead, TA Partner, Account Recruitment, BPO, or similar role preferred.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Lead recruitment kick-off meetings and establish clear hiring requirements and success profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on role complexity, volume, location, and talent market.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, talent communities, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with role requirements and business needs.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, feedback collection, and selection processes.
• Lead offer management and support hiring managers through final selection and offer negotiation.
• Partner with HR and Operations to ensure a seamless pre-employment and onboarding process.
• Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
