Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in the Philippines is seeking a capable SAP HR/Payroll specialist to join our shared services team. You will act as a subject matter expert for HR processes, validate data, and prepare control reports for key operations.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HRM and at least 2 years of SAP HR/Payroll experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Strong teamwork and delivery quality are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge.
• Investigate and resolve process anomalies and elevate to team lead as necessary.
• Executes validation and prepares control reports for critical data/processes.
• Ensures proper documentation of processes with reviews and approvals.
• Conducts functional training for new hires and transfers.
• Gathers and analyzes transaction volumes to identify improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

A day in the life of...

• Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge, ensuring acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations
• Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and elevate to team lead as necessary.
• Executes validation & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes
• Ensures proper documentation of processes with necessary reviews and approvals.
• Conducts functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. new hires & transfers).
• Gathers and analyses transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
