Job summary

You will supervise the Recruitment Officer, partner with department heads to define hiring profiles, improve sourcing channels, and build talent pipelines.

The role emphasizes onboarding and training programs, KPI tracking, and workforce planning to strengthen capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRM, BA, or behavioral science.
• 4–6 years of HR experience.
• At least 2–3 years of solid recruitment experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience handling multi-role hiring from rank-and-file to supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Recruitment Officer in job posting, initial screening, interview coordination, and final interviews for supervisory and key roles.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and hiring success rate.
• Develop structured hiring workflows and standardized interview guides.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and track training records.
• Coach and mentor recruitment staff and ensure workload efficiency.
