Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analytics professional to analyze our warehouse network and end-to-end distribution flows.

You will identify inefficiencies, build analytical models, and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams across logistics, planning, and finance. Responsibilities include scenario modeling, cost analysis, and presenting dashboards to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or network optimization.
• Experience working on warehouse or distribution network projects.
• Strong skills in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiar with network modeling tools (Llamasoft / Coupa, AnyLogistix).
• Strong numerical and financial analysis capability.
• End-to-end thinking with ownership for results.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego working.
• Willing to work on a project-based contract for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current supply chain and warehouse network to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Perform quantitative analysis using large datasets (shipments, costs, inventory).
• Build models to simulate network configurations and run scenario analyses.
• Translate data into actionable insights; prepare dashboards and stakeholder reports.
• Collaborate with logistics, planning, finance and operations; support project tracking.
