Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive project or program management experience, with 5–7 years in senior leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional projects including warehouse design, construction, and automation.
• Experience with warehouse automation migrations and TMS/WMS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce project governance frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and ensure lifecycle compliance.
• Manage cross-functional planning and dependencies across Operations, IT, Quality, Finance, and Procurement.
• Oversee deployment of operations projects with on-time, within-budget delivery and go-live readiness.
• Provide executive reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across geographic teams.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and effective stakeholder communications.
