Job summary

Qualifications

• MD degree and medical license.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or related pharmaceutical role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical medicine and evidence-based practice.
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals and KOLs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical strategies and plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Provide scientific and medical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver scientific presentations and participate in conferences, symposia, advisory boards, and other medical activities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and relevant organizations.
• Identify unmet medical needs and generate insights to support portfolio growth and lifecycle management.
• Review and provide medical approval for promotional, educational, training, and patient-related materials.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, and Pharmacovigilance teams to ensure compliant execution of initiatives.
• Support development and delivery of medical and scientific training programs for field force and internal stakeholders.
• Provide medical expertise on safety-related matters and work with Pharmacovigilance on drug safety activities.
• Contribute scientific input to regulatory submissions, label updates, market access initiatives, and business development opportunities.
• Support evidence generation initiatives, research collaborations, and medical-led projects.
