Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager in Manila to guide end‑to‑end supply chain planning and material allocation across SEA manufacturing, ensuring on‑time production and optimized inventories. You will drive collaboration with engineering, production and logistics teams and implement robust planning frameworks.

The role requires 6–8 years in a complex chemical environment, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and proficiency in SAP or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6–8 years in end-to-end SCM in Chemicals Manufacturing.
• Proven solution‑oriented mindset to navigate matrix structures and global stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience driving supply chain planning excellence and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream raw material planning and downstream finished goods S&OP to optimize output.
• Collaborate with design engineering, production and logistics to ensure readiness and forecast accuracy.
• Develop improved processes via root cause analysis to enable on‑time manufacturing.
