Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or related field.
• Industry certification or good scholastic record is an advantage.
• 3+ years’ experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning with manufacturing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep dive root cause analysis of delivery/manufacturing performance to identify areas of concern.
• Analyze and identify potential delivery risk and operational performance; provide weekly highlights.
• Identify process/system gaps through A3 and drive improvements and permanent fixes.
• Present findings and recommendations to management for decisions and issue resolutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues and improve performance.
