• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience with SAP and a strong understanding of material planning processes.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify risks, and mitigate issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material availability against production requirements and customer demand.
• Identify potential material shortages and implement mitigation plans to prevent line stoppages.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Track critical purchase orders, shipments, and supplier commitments.
• Expedite urgent orders and work with Procurement/Suppliers to improve delivery performance.
• Review supplier promised dates and ensure alignment with production requirements.
• Lead daily material shortage reviews and communicate recovery plans to stakeholders.
• Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Escalate supply risks and develop contingency plans to protect customer commitments.
• Prepare material status reports and shortage dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material availability and supply chain performance.
