Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Manila is seeking a Due Diligence Analyst to monitor supplier assessments and ensure timely completion of required documentation. You will use ServiceNow, Bridger, D&B, DocuSign and OneTrust to verify information, flag risks, and support stakeholder inquiries.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business and 3–4 years of P2P or procurement experience, with strong analytical and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, business, finance, supply chain management, procurement or operations.
• 3–4 years of Accounting/Finance or P2P experience in a medium to large company.
• Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, vetting, and procurement processes.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track assessments and work with suppliers to ensure timely completion of due diligence documentation.
• Identify and evaluate potential due diligence risks and determine action plans.
• Review sanction reports, verify flagged suppliers, and decide on acceptance or rejection.
• Monitor supplier responses to Level 2 due diligence questions and support stakeholder queries.
• Utilize ServiceNow, Bridger, D&B, DocuSign and OneTrust to complete activities and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with global teams and apply enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows.
