Job summary

RELX in the Philippines is seeking a Due Diligence Professional to manage supplier assessments and risk before onboarding. You will work with tools like ServiceNow, Bridger, D&B, DocuSign, and OneTrust to ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance.

The role requires 3–4 years in accounting/finance or P2P, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task in a global environment. A bachelor’s degree and supplier onboarding experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, supply chain management, procurement, or operations.
• Minimum 3–4 years accounting/finance or P2P experience.
• Procurement skills with supplier onboarding/vetting, simple negotiations, purchase requisitions/purchase orders, and finance systems literacy.
• Experience in medium to large company environment.
• Excellent quantitative/analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task, manage quick turnarounds and time-sensitive documents.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Track assessments and work with suppliers to ensure timely completion of due diligence documentation.
• Identify and evaluate potential due diligence risks.
• Utilize ServiceNow, Bridger, D&B, DocuSign, and OneTrust to complete activities.
• Review Bridger sanction reports and determine risk acceptability or rejection.
• Track Code of Conduct signings and follow up with suppliers as needed.
• Check SSI scores for suppliers in D&B and complete financial due diligence reports.
• Monitor Level 2 Due Diligence Questionnaire responses from suppliers.
• Review Risk Assessment summaries in ServiceNow and approve/reject suppliers.
• Support stakeholder queries on status of due diligence activities and outcomes.
• Follow up on DD steps requiring activity from stakeholder or supplier.
• Work with teams and stakeholders in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree. Accounting, business, finance, supply chain management, procurement, operations
• Minimum of 3-4 years Accounting/Finance or P2P experience
• Procurement skills, basic understanding of procurement matters such as supplier on boarding/vetting, simple negotiations, purchase requisitions/purchase orders, and finance systems literate. Excellent understanding of supplier/category rationalization.
