GCash is seeking a Stakeholder Communications Manager to oversee internal and external communications, ensuring timely, clear updates across product teams and business partners.

You will coordinate communications for product updates, platform maintenance, and partner engagements, build templates and guidelines, gather feedback, and drive faster, more consistent processes through careful project coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for various audiences.
• Experience in corporate communications, stakeholder management, or partner communications.
• Good project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to improve processes.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with external tools and APIs is an advantage.
• Strategic thinking and ability to work across teams and partners.

Responsabilités

• Internal Communications: Manage product updates, tech downtime notices, and shared information across teams.
• External Partner Communications: Coordinate messaging for partners and platform maintenance.
• Channels and Guidelines: Develop templates and guidelines to improve information flow.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback and address stakeholder needs.
• Process Improvement: Review and optimize communication workflows for speed and consistency.
• Project Coordination: Manage multiple communications initiatives and timelines across stakeholders.
