GCash, a leading Philippine FinTech, seeks a Stakeholder Communications Manager to oversee internal and external communications for product updates, campaign notices, and partner interactions. You will ensure timely, accurate messaging across teams and partners, strengthening stakeholder relationships and operational efficiency.

The role requires strategic thinking, top-notch writing, and robust project management in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Experience in corporate communications, stakeholder management, or partner communications.
• Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving processes.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with external tools and APIs is an advantage.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Internal Communications: Manage communications on product updates, new product developments, system downtimes, and tech freezes. Work with different teams to ensure information is accurate and shared on time.
• External Partner Communications: Coordinate and review approved communications for business partners, including platform maintenance and product updates. Ensure clear and consistent messaging to support strong partner relationships.
• Communication Channels and Guidelines: Develop and maintain communication channels, templates, and guidelines to improve information flow across teams and external partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal teams and external partners to gather feedback and ensure communications address their needs.
• Process Improvement: Review and improve communication workflows to make processes faster, more efficient, and consistent.
• Project Coordination: Manage multiple communication initiatives, timelines, and priorities to ensure smooth execution and alignment across stakeholders.
