The role focuses on product updates, platform maintenance announcements, and improving communication processes to support smooth business operations.

You will coordinate communications with internal teams and external partners, develop guidelines, and gather feedback to meet stakeholder needs while driving efficiency across communications

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to tailor messages.
• Experience in corporate or partner communications and stakeholder mgmt.
• Solid project management and organizational skills; able to handle priorities.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with process improvement focus.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Internal communications: manage product updates, system downtimes, and tech freezes.
• External partner communications: coordinate messages for business partners.
• Develop and maintain channels, templates, and guidelines for information flow.
• Stakeholder engagement: gather feedback and address needs across teams.
