Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking an experienced Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing for new product development.

You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient launches, conduct supplier due diligence, negotiate terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships while mitigating supply risks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of purchasing/sourcing experience, preferably in FMCG or new product development.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to cost, quality, and supplier performance.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced product launch environments.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience in SAP or ERP purchasing systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement for NPD projects, including supplier identification, accreditation, and selection.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Operations teams to support timely and cost-effective product launches.
• Conduct supplier research, due diligence, and performance evaluation to ensure quality, compliance, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining product standards.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and proactively manage supply risks.
• Monitor and report procurement performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
