Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines ROHQ is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning (New Product Development) to drive end-to-end supply readiness for launches and transitions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, inventory, and risks, ensuring on-time delivery of new products and successful product transitions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with NPD and Supply Planning teams, maintaining accurate forecast flow, and supporting risk mitigation to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply planning or similar function.
• No professional license required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Supply Planning in NPD and transition meetings from kickoff to launch.
• Govern planning activities for new products and transitions to meet milestones.
• Review inventory run-down plans for transitioning codes to minimize write-offs.
• Ensure forecast flow into Supply Planning system aligns with launch dates.
• Coordinate handover of NPD codes to Supply Planners for readiness.
• Support order placement based on lead times and volumes.
• Monitor post-PO activities and ensure First Arrival Dates (FAD) are achieved.
• Identify supply risks and escalate issues for mitigation.
