Qualifications

• 2+ years in product development, sourcing, or project coordination in CPG or consumer hardware.
• Strong follow-through with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without missing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive refresh and line-extension projects through all stage-gates.
• Coordinate with suppliers on samples, specs and timelines.
• Prepare complete gate packages for clear decisions.
• Ensure smooth cross-functional handoffs between engineering, design, claims, and operations.
• Maintain organized specs, briefs, and approvals in team systems.
• Capture learnings post-launch to improve future projects.
