Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks a Research & Development Manager to lead the cosmetics innovation pipeline from concept to market launch. You will oversee formulation, stability testing, safety assessments, and regulatory submissions to meet local and ASEAN standards.

The role requires guiding a team of chemists and collaborating with Marketing, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Supply Chain to deliver safe, high-performance products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive cosmetic product development experience, 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of skincare, haircare, and color cosmetic products from concept to launch.
• Oversee formulation, stability testing, safety assessments, and regulatory submissions for the Philippine/ASEAN markets.
• Mentor cosmetic chemists and lab staff; drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, QA, Regulatory, Production, and Supply Chain.
