Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Production Planning and Inventory Specialist to plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet demand, quality, and delivery targets.

You will manage stock levels, conduct audits for accuracy, analyze data, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material availability using SAP/ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production planning or inventory management preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet demand, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct audits to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Analyze production and inventory data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Create and manage purchase orders and production orders using SAP/ERP systems.
