Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Technology Integration Specialist to drive API-based connections and SaaS integrations with education technology platforms. You will engage internal stakeholders and external clients to grow new business, upsell services, and improve client retention through technical solutions.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, a solid background in systems integration, cloud/SaaS concepts, and familiarity with APIs (JSON/XML).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of work experience in the related field.
• Proven track record in API integration/Management & IT Business Support in Banking/Financial Industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve goals in new customer acquisition, upsell, and retention related to Technical Integration.
• Demonstrate technical understanding of education technology, web technology, systems integration, SaaS, student information systems, Cloud Solutions, APIs (JSON and XML).
• Presentative and communication skills for virtual and in-person settings across diverse stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations for audiences of varying seniority.
• Ensure clarity and organization in communication and reporting.
