You will collaborate with management, clients, and Account Managers to understand objectives, capture requirements, and document specifications and project scope. You’ll work with technical teams and vendors, identify opportunities, support solution adoption, and help measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or any IT-related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are an advantage.
• Knowledge of business operations, solution development, and industry best practices.
• Understanding of business analysis methodologies and project management principles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management, clients, and Account Managers to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Conduct interviews and stakeholder consultations to identify needs and pain points.
• Develop and document business cases, scope statements, specifications, and requirements.
• Work with technical teams, vendors, and Account Managers to design solutions aligned with goals and budget.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to proposals and strategic initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.
• Monitor solution effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
