Job summary

EXEO Group in the Philippines seeks a senior professional to lead site acquisition, commercial negotiation, and strategic account engagement for In-Building Solutions (IBS). You will identify strategic sites, coordinate permits, and drive deals with property developers, building owners, and telecom operators to accelerate IBS deployments.

The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and field-work readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, real estate, engineering, or related field.
Experience in telecommunications, real estate, or site acquisition is required.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of local property laws and LGU permitting processes is preferred.
Willingness to travel and perform field work as needed.
Hands-on experience with DAS/IBS or telecom construction projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead identification, qualification and acquisition of strategic IBS sites.
Negotiate with property owners, developers, and building administrators.
Coordinate permits, clearances, endorsements, and approvals for site deployment.
Develop and manage sales pipeline and drive opportunities to closure.
Maintain relationships with key property and telecom stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure site-readiness and handover.
