Job summary

EXEO Global Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to support site acquisition, business development, and strategic account engagement for In-Building Solutions (IBS) in the Philippines. You will identify strategic sites, engage property developers and telecom operators, and manage opportunities from initial contact to closure.

You will negotiate commercial terms, coordinate permits, and ensure site readiness while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in telecommunications, real estate, or site acquisition.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local property laws, zoning, LGU permitting processes.
• Willingness to do field work and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire strategic IBS deployment sites and manage acquisition targets.
• Coordinate commercial proposals, negotiations, and contracts with stakeholders.
• Coordinate permits, clearances, endorsements, and approvals for site deployment and monitor timelines.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and respond to RFPs and tenders.
• Maintain relationships with property developers, telecom operators, and building owners.
• Oversee site-related activities across multiple sites and ensure readiness for project handover.
