Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in end-user PC operating systems and related enterprise software with some lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex technical support in systems administration including installation, configuration and maintenance of enterprise software, applications, databases, and servers.
• Supervise IT Site Support Technicians and assign work, manage performance, and address staff issues.
• Lead system-wide upgrades and maintain server operating systems; research and implement performance solutions.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure regular data backups.
• Oversee desktop/laptop deployments, repairs, and software applications at the site.
• Manage generators and ensure preventive maintenance is performed.
• Coordinate PC hardware rollouts and client-specific ramp activities.
• Assist with phone system issues at the location.
• Create standard procedures and department documentation.
• Troubleshoot IT functions and handle last-minute requests.
