Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in service delivery, workflow management, and platform operations to manage end-to-end ServiceNow services across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.

You will lead incident, change, and request processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor administrators and developers while aligning the ServiceNow roadmap with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in service delivery, workflow management, and platform operations.
• Continuous learner with industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

This position will manage the day-to-day delivery, support, and enhancement of ServiceNow services across multiple modules, ensuring high-quality operations for business units and technology teams. We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with more than 4 years of hands on experience in service delivery, workflow management, and platform operations.

Service Delivery Management

• Own the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow services across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and request processes to maintain service quality and stability.
• Lead regular service review meetings and present insights on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve escalations quickly and effectively.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of escalation and communication for clients and business stakeholders.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment on service expectations.
• Translate business needs into actionable service enhancements or platform improvements.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to align the ServiceNow roadmap with organizational goals.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor platform performance, security, and compliance with governance standards.
• Manage platform upgrades, releases, and changes in coordination with owners and developers.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for all service management activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and increase operational efficiency.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain operational documentation, service playbooks, and standard procedures.
• Conduct ongoing service performance analysis and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and service enhancements.
• Track operational risks and oversee mitigation strategies to ensure platform stability.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor ServiceNow administrators, developers, and support teams.
• Ensure effective task prioritization, workload distribution, and SLA adherence.
• Foster a collaborative environment across functional and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
