Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the school, ensuring alignment with MapleBear’s mission, values, and standards.
• Set goals, priorities, and performance expectations across academic, administrative, and operational functions.
• Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative culture among staff.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Support lesson planning, assessments, and classroom practices with academic coordinators.
• Ensure a child-centered, safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Lead admissions, scheduling, facilities, and resource planning.
• Monitor health, safety, and facility standards; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Onboard and retain teaching and non-teaching staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Engage with parents and stakeholders; maintain timely, empathetic communication.
• Manage tuition structures, forecasting, and financial planning.
