Candidate should have a relevant degree and proven childcare management experience, with excellent organizational and communication skills to drive quality and growth within our team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in childcare management or related field with leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.

• Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Parent and Community Engagement: Build relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QA measures, conduct assessments, and improve based on feedback and data.
