Qualifications

• Demonstrated love for Christ and students.
• Strong background in education and administration with leadership track.
• Able to support school's philosophy and FIA's Statement of Faith.
• Familiarity with missionary family contexts.
• Christian schooling experience preferred.
• Experience in third-world culture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic program and educational staff.
• Manage the Lead Teachers, Librarians, Athletic Director, Korean Coordinator, School Nurse, and Curriculum Coordinator.
• Student testing (standardized achievement tests and college entrance and AP tests).
• Support Special Education / ELL.
• Teacher placement and class scheduling.
• Oversight of non-academic events.
