Job summary

Manulife Philippines is seeking a Corporate Strategy Lead to drive enterprise priorities, translate strategy into coordinated programs, and partner with HR, Internal Comms and others to strengthen growth and an inclusive workplace.

You will guide cross-functional teams, establish programs (townhalls, leadership forums, CEO connect) and engage senior leadership to advance strategic initiatives and people development.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate strategy, business development or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with market insight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the corporate strategy across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR, Internal Communications and other teams to deliver strategy.
• Communicate strategy to employees and external stakeholders, including social channels.
• Monitor progress of initiatives and adjust as needed for measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams and partners.
• Work with senior leadership on long-term plans and improvements.
• Organize enterprise-wide programs to foster engagement and collaboration.
• Build partnerships with industry leaders to drive growth and knowledge sharing.
• Research market trends and opportunities to inform decisions.
