ELEMENTAL MANPOWER SOLUTION PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced Management Executive to lead the company's operations in the Philippines, overseeing strategic planning, sales coordination, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in management, a Diploma or higher in Business Administration, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a proven ability to drive performance, forge client relationships and manage import/export processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• 10–15 years’ experience in management roles.
• Knowledge of import/export processes.
• High level of business awareness and acumen.
• Understanding financial management and management.
• Excellent Leadership, communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills.
• Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the company's management plans, policies and business objectives.
• Coordinate sales, market development, R&D and product operations.
• Establish an efficient organization and strong communication channels.
• Maintain internal/external relationships to enhance brand image and reputation.
• Formulate the management department's business plan and oversee annual tasks.
• Oversee overall operations of the organization.
• Monitor market information, product innovation and competitive adaptability.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and compliance is maintained.
