EY is seeking a SAP Functional Consultant – Manager to lead the strategic direction and implementation of SAP HCM solutions. You will oversee a team, collaborate with HR, IT, and finance, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.

The role emphasizes PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management expertise, along with strong communication and governance skills to drive fixes, enhancements, and timely project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• 10+ years of SAP as Functional Consultant with HCM/ECP exposure.
• Expertise in HCM/ECP: PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, Portal (ESS/MSS).
• Experience in development in HCM/ECP or higher preferred.
• Understanding of Payroll processing in SAP HCM and payroll development.
• Experience with interface implementations.
• Expertise in SAP enhancement options, Schema & PCR, Positive Time Management.
• Knowledge of integration techniques (PTP, BIB); exposure to Employee Central Payroll and Payroll Control Center is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, ITSM (ServiceNow) and HP ALM is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player capable of multi-tasking under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adopting latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and propose SAP HCM solutions for client requirements.
• Develop, document, and deliver high-quality SAP HCM solutions per EY practices.
• Participate in SAP HCM implementation life cycle from design to testing.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
• Coach business teams on suitable SAP solutions while guiding technical teams.
• Drive process improvements and innovative development practices.
• Engage with customers across project phases to ensure successful outcomes.
