Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or BI.

• Sales and customer-focused with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP BW or Cognos is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Internal Sales Support: publish critical business sales reports for decision making.
• Develop and track KPIs, such as control account tracking and SOW reporting.
• Provide back‑office sales support and insightful customer reporting.
• Assist with account reviews using customer purchase reports and trend analysis.
• Support process improvement and automation of sales processes.
