Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an FP&A analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will manage data, develop packs, and contribute to forecasts and simulations while ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

You will work with SAP and Cognos EDW, with excellent Excel skills and strong communication. A remote team environment and day shift with hybrid setup are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Knowledge of FP&A and experience in numerical analysis or reporting is advantageous.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting and variance analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Experience working with large data sets is beneficial.
• Experience with SAP and Cognos (EDW) is required.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills for high-volume data.
• Ability to work as part of a remote team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate queries.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accountancy.
• Willingness to work in a day shift and hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Extract data for financial reporting.
• Create reporting packs with variance tables and charts.
• Extract data for forecasts and simulations.
• Upload and submit monthly forecast data.
• Validate and control checks of submitted data.
• Support the local country team in analytics tasks.
• Participate in implementing new procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation or standardization.
• Share best practices with coworkers.
• Perform tasks against service levels and metrics.
• Maintain process documentation.
