Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an FP&A professional to support financial planning and analysis for the Manila country team. You will extract and analyze data for reporting, forecasting, and simulations, and prepare packs and variance analyses to aid decision‑making.

You will validate monthly forecast data and assist with ad‑hoc reporting while identifying automation opportunities and process improvements in a hybrid, day‑shift setup.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with FP&A knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as SAP and Cognos is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze financial data for reporting, forecasting, and simulations.
• Prepare reporting packs, variance analyses, and charts to support decisions.
• Upload, submit, and validate monthly forecast data for accuracy.
• Support the local country team with ad‑hoc reporting and data requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
