Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Manila is seeking a Business Process Senior Analyst to support global cybersecurity initiatives across corporate, manufacturing, and regional IT environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of cybersecurity programs and track performance.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, reporting KPIs, and contributing to change management, training, and policy development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and best practices.
Experience in IAM, network segmentation, vulnerability and asset management, or detection & response.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience working with diverse global teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with global IT, OT, manufacturing, compliance and business teams to support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
Monitor project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
Maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and program reporting.
Communicate progress and value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support training, awareness, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Develop cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
Collaborate on security designs and best-practice implementation.
Prepare leadership updates and presentations.
Build strong partnerships across global regions and functions.
