Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with prior experience in sales, account management, or customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Experience in B2B sales or technical/service-oriented industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sales, market research, negotiation and account development.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Lead account solicitation, development, and sales strategies.
• Develop forecasts and monitor product offtake and account performance.
• Review estimates and proposals; monitor sales and collections.
• Provide product support and coordinate technical assistance for clients and field agents.
• Recommend and monitor budgets and area expenses.
• Monitor agent/advisor productivity and drive performance improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
