Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking a Planner I for TW Sales Business Planning GC in the Philippines.

You will lead and track both short- and long-term sales revenue plans for NIKE marketplace partners, aligning with Sales and Finance to optimize inventory, shipments and resources. Responsibilities span long-term planning, pre-season, in-season, and post-season activities, including forecasting by account, reviewing weekly inventory, and sharing insights with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of business intelligence or analysis experience.
• Ability to create weekly reports, sales plans and track promotional calendars/events.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in understanding customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term planning for a 3-year strategy and annual operational plan.
• Align with Sales and Finance on long-range resource and investment plans.
• Model scenarios for growth opportunities with inventory, shipments and resources.
• Lead seasonal sales forecast by account and align with Sales team.
• Develop seasonal door cluster plans to facilitate OT B and review order booking quality.
• Review weekly in-season inventory and identify opportunities and risks.
