Private Advertiser in Mandaluyong is seeking a Sales Operations Manager - BPO to optimize sales processes, drive efficiency, and support revenue growth. The role bridges sales objectives with operational execution and requires hands-on leadership across teams.

You will develop dashboards, manage forecasting and pipeline, and collaborate with sales, finance and customer service to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role within a BPO or customer service environment.
• Proven expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales operations software.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Experience with quality assurance and compliance monitoring is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize sales operations processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all sales teams.
• Analyse sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain sales operations systems, tools, and dashboards to enhance visibility and reporting.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota administration to support accurate business planning.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales team performance and operational health.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth.
• Train and mentor sales team members on processes, systems, and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales operations performance for senior management.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
