Job summary

Wills International Sales Corporation seeks a Sales Supervisor to develop and manage customers in the raw materials and ingredients industry in the Philippines. The role focuses on building relationships, expanding new business, and coordinating with internal teams to meet revenue, volume, and collection targets.

You will conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations while translating technical requirements into customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least five years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in feed, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, or industrial ingredients.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and meet sales targets.
• Driver’s license is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, margin, and collection targets.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new customers within the assigned segment.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, distributors, and key accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, product discussions, and negotiations.
• Understand technical requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including leads and quotations.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales Administration, Technical, Regulatory, and Finance teams.
• Monitor order fulfillment and assist in AR follow-ups.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Support product trials, registrations, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Provide guidance to junior sales team members when required.
• Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations.
