Job summary

Purechem in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Sales Professional to drive revenue and manage customer relationships. You will forecast sales, source leads, and prepare quotations and orders from inquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, maintaining CRM records, visiting customers to discuss SLA and performance, and ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course.
• At least three (3) years of extensive work experience as a Sales Professional/Executive in a manufacturing or trading/retail industry with updated trainings and seminars on SCM, QMS, Food Safety, GMP and among others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales forecasts by reviewing historical sales per customer.
• Request and confirm updated customer requirements.
• Receive inquiries on products, pricing, credits and orders.
• Process and finalize communications with a Customer Communication Sheet for review.
• Source potential customers from social media, referrals, directories and events.
• Conduct outbound calls to acquire new customers.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals for review and approval.
• Create and encode sales orders in the system.
• Negotiate price, terms and conditions of orders.
• Visit customers to discuss SLA, performance and requirements.
• Maintain and safekeep customer records.
• Generate sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Serve as the contact point for assigned accounts.
• Develop long-term partnerships and ensure timely delivery.
